Webmasters Tips - General Business Tips Asking Too Much of a New Customer Any customer trying a product for the first time must learn quite a bit. That person will need time and practice in order to know what exists, what makes brands A and B different, and what they can do to find deals. Is it too much to ask a new customer to remember all this? Can a company direct customers to one easy to remember section of its website for high quality yet simple information? (For example, a random company could designate a small section of its site - say, randomcompany.com/info - as a place to customers to learn more.) Can a company create brochures and small books to help people? Do online and offline tools compare one's product to the competition? This last option could backfire, but it could show how one's product is more useful, affordable, or appealing. Copyright © 2000 - 2006 by [Webcraft.ws]. All rights reserved.
