Perhaps that person will talk to your company. Perhaps he - she will stay silent and no longer use your products or services. Or perhaps the person will tell others about the problem. If you don't ask for feedback, your customers might not even think to mention their issues to you. Therefore, you want to be ready to listen. And then if you feel the customer's poor experience was not just an isolated event, you want to be ready to change.
