Either obfuscate them or think of ways to help the public understand why the weaknesses exist, and why they should think of the weaknesses as unimportant. How can a company help the public understand that its customers are normal individuals with a variety of needs and interests? Consider interviews and endorsements. Ask people why they use a product, and even if the answer is negative, try addressing concerns.
